Set of six whiskey 'stones' which are presented in a black cotton drawstring pouch. These whiskey stones are manufactured from soapstone and are a reusable alternative to ice cubes, chilling a beverage without diluting it. Simply keep them in the freezer and use as required. Looking for your branded merch fast, we've got you covered and deliver promotional products Australia Wide. We utilise all major and reliable courier services which means that you can be confident that your promotional items and branded merchandise will arrive in perfect condition the fastest way possible.
After your order has been processed to production and customised with your logo we will email you directly advising that your order hase been completed and dispatched. (Tracking details will also be provided at this time).

Why is my quoted price differant to your website?

The quoted price provided is fully inclusive of the products current up to date price, all setups and branding as applicable, including full delivery to your provided delivery address.

Can you assist me with my artwork?

Yes, we provide you with artwork assistance and provide you with production artwork for approval, just let us know of any speacil requirements , fonts or positioning and we will do the rest, you will be provided digital mockups to review.

What if I am unsure what branding is best for my product?

When submiting your online quote request please attach a copy of your logo for us to review. We will always reccomend the best branding technic for your logo to look it's best. We may also add options for differant branding methods for you to consider. Please note some items only allow single colour or engraving options which we will advise and convert your logo to a single colour design for you.

How do I know what my printed logo will look like?

We will prepare and provide you with a digital mockup of the product with your branding size and position for your approval, any alterations or changes can be made once received via email. Once your completely happy with the layout and design we will require your approval to then proceed to production.

How long does it usually take for my products to be completed?

We always advise of the current production leadtimes at the bottom of each product quoted as this can vary depending on supply location and branding being applied. As a general rule to receive the best quoted price we advise of a 2-3 week production period. We will always endevoure to get them to you sooner if possible and please remember that delivery times are additional once dispatched.

I only have a short time until my event can I still get products?

Please contact us as soon as possible, we will be able to review your time line and products to be considered and reccomend  to you the best solution and products that maybe available on short notice. Please note the rush order do incurr penality rates, it is always best to place your orders well before time.
