Surprisingly helpful for this industry. I requested a quote from 4 separate retailers for what I've learned was a discontinued... read more product, and they've been by far the most helpful. They were the only ones to go above and search out some near alternatives for me with a few different quote options. Their competitors just said 'no, sorry!' or quoted for products that weren't available! I also requested pad print, and they're the only ones to provide info on colour quality. That's a lot of effort for what could be a cold lead, so well done to these guys.
